Most issues are one of three things. If yours is not here, email us.

Quick start

  1. Open any eBay item page (a URL containing /itm/).
  2. Click the Images & Video tab on the right edge of the page, or the toolbar icon.
  3. All photos are selected by default — click any photo to deselect it.
  4. Choose Download as ZIP, Save as separate files, or Download video.

No account is needed at any point.

Video troubleshooting

“This listing has no video.” Not every listing has one. A reliable check: if the photo strip has no play-button thumbnail, there is no video to download. Video is far more common on higher-value listings than on everyday items.

“Daily free video limit reached.” The free tier allows 3 videos per day. The counter resets at midnight, local time.

The download stalls partway. Videos arrive as a few dozen fragments. A dropped fragment is retried three times before failing; if your connection is unstable the whole download can time out. Reload the item page and try again.

The file will not open. Please email us the item URL. Video is reassembled locally and we test against eBay US, UK and DE, but a listing that produces an unplayable file is a bug we want to see.

Images look wrong

Fewer files than photos on the page. SellerGrab downloads the listing gallery only — it deliberately skips “similar items”, seller avatars and category images that load from the same server. If a photo that is genuinely part of the listing is missing, send us the item URL.

Files are JPG but the page showed WEBP. That is intentional; see image format and resolution.
